The apartment is on the first floor with a southeast-facing balcony. It includes a kitchen with dining area, living room with two extra beds, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned, and guests have a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fully equipped kitchen. The sea is about 80 m away, with a shop, restaurants, and cafes right next to the house.

The area
Volosko & surroundings
Volosko is a small fishing village right on the edge of the Opatija Riviera. The old harbor is three minutes on foot, the Lungomare promenade four. The coastal walk runs all the way to Lovran — one of the most scenic stretches on the Kvarner coast.
The wider region rewards a car. Plitvice Lakes is two and a half hours inland, the limestone ridges of Učka just half an hour, and Venice is reachable in under three hours via the A1.
Rijeka's ferry terminal is just 5 km away, with regular Jadrolinija connections to the islands of Cres, Lošinj, Krk, and further south to Dalmatia — a great option for day trips or onward travel without a car.
